The fastest way to start is to book. If you'd rather ask something first, use the phone or email below.
Book an appointment
Choose a time in the secure booking portal. Intake paperwork follows automatically.

Weekdays, 9am to 6pm Central. If we're with a patient, leave a message and we'll call back within one business day.
Good for scheduling and general questions. Please keep clinical details out of it.
Email isn't secure. Please don't send symptoms, medication details or anything else clinical by email. Once you're a patient, the secure portal is the right place for all of that, and it's protected the way your medical record should be.
We're telehealth-only. There's no office to visit. Appointments are by video, and you'll need to be physically located in Illinois at the time of your visit.
Not for emergencies. We don't monitor phone or email continuously. If you're in crisis, call or text 988, or call 911.
