What we treat

Care for adolescents and adults across Illinois.

Our practice treats the conditions below by telehealth, anywhere in Illinois. If what you're dealing with isn't on this list, it's still worth asking.

Main focus

ADHD

Evaluation and treatment for adolescents and adults, including medication when it's clinically appropriate. This is the area we see most and know best.

Depression

Low mood that has outlasted the thing that caused it, or arrived without one. Evaluation, medication management, and supportive therapy in the same visit.

Anxiety

Worry that runs in the background all day, panic that arrives without warning, or avoidance that has quietly narrowed your life.

Bipolar disorder

Ongoing psychiatric care and medication management when outpatient treatment is the right setting for you.

PTSD and trauma

Care that accounts for what happened to you, not only what you're diagnosed with.

Sleep concerns

Often the first thread worth pulling. Sleep changes almost everything else, and it is frequently treatable on its own terms.

Alcohol use and co-occurring concerns

Evaluation and treatment when it fits outpatient care. If you need a higher level of care, we'll tell you honestly and help you get there.

Integrative psychiatry

Alongside medication, attention to sleep, nutrition, movement and stress. Not instead of treatment — part of it.

What we don't do

Being honest about the edges.

We don't take on patients who need a level of care beyond what an outpatient practice can safely provide. If that's you, we'll say so early and help you find the right setting rather than keep you here.

We also don't take on patients whose primary goal is obtaining a particular controlled medication. Every treatment plan starts with an evaluation, and no specific prescription is promised before one.

What a first visit looks like

If you're in crisis right now

Call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or call 911. For substance use, SAMHSA's helpline is 1-800-662-4357. This website is not for emergencies and can't provide urgent care.
